Seller reserves the right to make changes to the product offering without notice. Buyer should not rely on information contained in marketing materials or oral representations made by Seller's representatives. Seller only represents and warrants what is stated in the Purchase Agreement signed by Buyer and Seller.

Square footage stated are approximated and subject to the Final Map for the project. Seller recommends that prior to purchasing, Buyers retain engineers and other professional consultants for unit inspections as the Buyer deems necessary.
